Day 1 Arrive Cochin On arrival at Cochin Airport, transfer to the hotel booked for you, for a stay of one night
Cochin or Kochi, is one of the finest natural harbours on the Arabian coast. Cochin- renamed. Kochi has been a port of call for foreign traders from very early times. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in the many buildings and structures representing different regions of the world. A city of peninsulas and islands, today it is the commercial hub of Kerala. For here you can transit gracefully between two worlds. On the one hand, the cosmopolitan delights of Cochin, with its restaurants, shopping and entertainment. On the other, Kerala's unique culture, manners and cuisine. Early evening enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Cochin, options include: Santa Cruz Basilica, Dutch palace, Chinese fishing nets, hill palace. St Francis Church and the Jewish Synagogue. Cochin is famous for antiques. (Jew Street) Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Cochin.

Day 2 Cochin – Thekkady ( about 150 kms ) This morning after breakfast, depart for Thekkady. On arrival, check in at the hotel booked for you. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Thekkady is one of the largest in India occupying 777 sq kms of land in the cardamom hills at the heart of Thekkady district. The resident herd of wild elephants is the parks star attraction, and every day visitors flock to the lake side to watch them gambol in the shallow waters, The park is also a home to spotted deers, tigers, sambers bison , malabar flying squirrels and over 260 bird species. Evening at leisure, overnight at the hotel in Thekkady

Day 3 Thekkady Early morning enjoy a boat ride on the beautiful Lake Periyar located in the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary which is the best way to experience the sanctuary ( at an extra cost )Early evening go on a Spice Plantation Tour (at an extra cost). Later return to the hotel. Overnight in Thekkady

Day 4 Thekkady- Kumarakom ( approx 175 kms ) After breakfast depart for Kumarakom. On arrival check into the hotel booked for you for a stay of 2 nights Kumarakom offers nature's best with its virgin forest backwaters. Slumbers on the banks of Vembanad Lake, which weaves an enchanting web with its canals, streams and distributaries, Kumarakom is a place fit for those quie tand intimate moments when you just want to be with yourself in tranquility and peace. This evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Vembanad Lake (on your own) Overnight at Hotel

Day 5 Kumarakom Today, the day will be at leisure for you to relax and enjoy your scenic surroundings. Option to do ayurveda massage at the resort's ayurveda center. Or opt to visit the Bird sanctuary – a favourite haunt for Migratory birds, from across the world (The best time to visit the bird Sanctuary is in the morning between 6 am and 9 am) Overnight at Hotel

Day 6 Kumarakom – Alleppey ( by jetty- approx 30 minutes ) This morning after breakfast, transfer to Alleppey in a jetty. On arrival check in at the hotel / Resort booked for you Alleppey, now renamed Alappuzha, is one of the exotic backwater sites in Kerala. Washed by the Arabian Sea and interlocked by a number of canals and bridges, this stunningly gorgeous 'Venice of the East' has more than the boat races, houseboats, beaches, marine products and the coir industry; Alleppey is home to the diverse animal and bird life. Overnight in Alleppey

Day 7 Alleppey – Kovalam( approx 175 kms ) After breakfast depart for Kovalam. On arrival check in at the hotel. An uncluttered beach of silvery sands, fringed with rows of tall palms, a sheltered bay, a wide choice of water sports, Kovalam is a perfect place for a seaside holiday. Evening at leisure on the beach. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day 8 Kovalam – Trivandrum – Kovalam ( approx 15 kms ) Option to relax at the beach or enjoy a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Visit the Padmanabha Swamy temple and the Napier museum, After Lunch at Trivandrum, return to Kovalam. Overnight at Kovalam

Day 9 Kovalam- Trivandrum ( approx 15 kms ) In the morning is at leisure. Check out of the hotel and drop Railway Station / Airport
